Leadership Formation
The Leadership Foundations Pilot is the current Hirasa program focus: seven weeks of guided experience, Friday reflection circles, and a capstone action plan.
Audience
Format
Monday through Thursday: guided tasks and short modules that reveal meaning through action.
Friday: in-person youth circle for mentorship, reflection, and integration.
Outcome
Participants develop ethical judgment, historical clarity, responsible communication, and community-minded discipline.
The program ends with a practical leadership action plan rooted in service.
